Q: How is the response time of remote trading compared to in the office?
A: Depending on your internet connection, response can be as good or better than what you find in the office

Q: How much does it cost to trade remotely?
A: The remote trading commissions are the same as what you pay in the office, but the "desk-fee" is less.  It is only $200/mo (+$35 internet connection fee) and that is rebated if you trade over 200K shares in a month. Q: How long does it take to get set up for remote trading?
A: If you are already a Bright trader, you can be setup for remote trading within a day (as long as you have your equipment ready, a high-speed internet connection and management approval).

Q: I want to trade remotely, but I miss the comraderie with other traders in the office. What is available for me to communicate with other traders?
A: We use an audiochat program that is in effect, an all-day accessible conference call.  It runs across you standard internet connection.  You can participate in the room or not... that is your choice. We can also instant message each other with this software and have text chat as well.  For more information on this software, click here. Q: Occassionally I'd like to trade in an office.  Can I do that?
A: Yes. You can trade ocassionally in any Bright office on a space available basis. It's best to contact the manager of the office where you wish to trade to ensure that adequate space is available. Click here for a list of locations.
