RediPlus Redundancy:

• Execution software uses a multi-city server farm with servers in multiple locations across the country.
• In conjunction with these multiple servers, our execution software uses "load-balancing" to ensure that no single server is overloded.
• If an execution server goes down, the load-balancing system automatically transfers all users on the failing server to other servers.  This is done in a method that is practically transparent to the trader.

Office Manager:

• All traders have access to an office manager as a backup to enter trades to close positions and cancel outstanding orders in an emergency.
• For remote traders, the office manager is accessible by phone and instant messaging.

Corporate Office:

• All traders have phone access to the corporate office as a backup to enter trades to close positions and cancel outstanding orders in an emergency.

Order Desk:

• All traders have access to the order desk as a backup to enter trades to close positions and cancel outstanding orders in an emergency.
