Take A Tour - General Info & Answers

We have assembled a "tour" that will give you a complete overview of what remote trading with Bright Trading is all about.

  1. You will incur some charges as a remote that you won't have in the office:
    • For an "office equivalent" computer system, expect to spend about $1000.
    • If you don't already have a hi-speed internet connection, you'll be looking at about $40/mo for cable or DSL.
  2. If you are not currently trading in a Bright office, you will need to take the Bright trader orientation before you can trade remotely.
  3. You will need to be somewhat technologically competent (or have someone available) to set up your systems or hire someone to do it for you.  The only technical support from Bright Trading and our clearing firms is for the trading, SAS, and audiochat software.  For operating system, browser, e-mail, internet, and other problems, you need to enlist outside resources.
